CP104 is designed with 3 mounting holes. It is for long-term monitoring or development testing. CP104 pressure transducer may be operated with either softline or hardline cables depending on the required temperature. It can be mounted on various parts of the machine where enclosed pressure can be measured (hydraulic block, combustion chamber, etc.).

Q&A:
How to install CP104?
1- Prepare the part of the machine surface where the pressure transducer will be mounted.
The machined surface should have a parallelism of 0.01 mm and a surface roughness (Ra) not exceeding 1.6 μm.
2- Drill and tap the required number of holes, taking into account the necessary spacing between them.
3- Clean the mounting surface to remove any residual particles (metal shavings, dust)
4- If screws are necessary (CP 104 only) :
a. Prepare the required number of screws and spring lock washers (see data sheet for details).
b. Coat the screws with LOCTITE 241 adhesive, or equivalent.
