Product Detail
IQS450 204-450-000-002 A1-B21-H05-I0 Signal Conditioner
Description:

IQS450 204-450-000-002 is a interchangeable signal conditioner in the proximity system, which use the non-contact measurement technology to measure the relative displacement of moving machine elements.

IQS450 204-450-000-002 A1-B21-H05-I0 is designed to supply the driving signal to the transducer TQ402 or TQ412. Its sensitivity rating is 8 mV/µm (200 mV/mil) and a linear measuring range is 0.15 to 2.15 mm, corresponding to an output voltage range of -1.6 V to -17.6 V,  frequency response spans DC to 20 kHz (-3 dB).

Optimized for a 5-meter total system length (H05), it supports flexible cable configurations, including combinations of integral and extension cables to suit specific installation needs. The unit’s components are fully interchangeable, simplifying maintenance and replacement. Constructed from injection-molded aluminum, it weighs approximately 140 grams and mounts securely via two or four M4 screws, with optional compatibility with DIN rail holders (TH 35-7.5 or TH 35-15) for streamlined panel integration.

IQS450 204-450-000-002 is featured for measuring the relative vibration and axial position of rotating machine shafts, for example can be used in steam, gas and hydraulic turbines, alternators, turbo-compressors and pumps.

Q&A:
1. What's the warranty period of IQS450?
We supply 1 year warranty.
2. What types of machinery is the IQS450 suitable for?
1) The axial displacement of a machine shaft or rotor. This can be used to measure the
relative shaft expansion or the condition (degree of wear) of thrust bearings.
This corresponds to a static measurement.
2) The relative vibration of a machine shaft in a radial direction. These radial vibrations are
caused by shaft eccentricity, due to the presence of imbalance in the rotor or resonance.
This corresponds to a dynamic measurement.
