Description:
5501-380 is designed as Woodward MicroNet TMR Power Supply. There are 3 versions of MicroNet TMR Power Supply, Low voltage DC, 120VAC/VDC and 220VAC/VDC. 5501-380 is 120 VAC/VDC input.

The MicroNet expansion chassis may use either single or redundant powersupplies. A motherboard located on the back of the chassis allows the two powersupplies to form a redundant power system providing two separately regulated.24 Vdc, 12 A outputs; twwo separately regulated, 5 Vdc, 20 A outputs; and twoseparately regulated, 5 Vdc precharge outouts to the control. Power outputregulation, including line, load, and temperature effects, is less than +5%.

5501-380 has four LEDs to indicate power supply health (OKInput Fault, Overtemperature, and Power Supply Fault). See MicroNet ExpansionPower Supply Troubleshooting (Section 4.13.1) for a description of the LEDindications.

Input power connections are made to the power supply through terminals on thefront of the power supply.

5501-380 can only be installed into slots PA1 (power supply #1) andPA2 (power supply #2). lf redundant power supplies are not needed, blankingplates (3799-301)must be installed in the slots not being used.
