The proximity measurement chains signal conditioner is newly upgrade from IQS450(with the part number (204-450-000-002) to IQS900 (with the part number 204-900-000-011). Additionally, IQS900 signal conditioner is backward compatible replacement for IQS450.

Besides cosmetic modifications in appearance, this upgrade brings significant technical improvements to the module itself. One notable feature that sets the IQS900 apart from the IQS450 is its integrated diagnostic function. The diagnostic can detect the circuit in the sensor, integral cable and extension cable, the component defects in the system as well as the voltage on the power supply. IQS900 with diagnostics are SIL 2 , suitable for use in hazardous site.
