Today is Chinese Valentine' s Day, it also can be called Double Seventh Festival or Qixi Festival. It is usually celebrated on July 7th of the Lunar calendar, which usually comes in August.

Chinese Valentine' s Day originated from an ancient legend about Zhinü and Niulang. It is a widely circulated love story. Due to the goddess control,  Zhinü and Niulang only allowed to meet each other once a year on July 7th of the Lunar calendar by the Magpie Bridge made of magpies. 

Nowadays, the lovers will go to the restaurant having a romanticdinner and exchage the gift to celebrated Chinese Valentine' s Day. To love and to be loved is the greatest happiness of existence.
