Description:
RLC16 ^MK2 600-045 is designed as a 16 × user-configurable relays module, the second generation of RLC16. It is used as a practical expansion unit to add extra relay outputs. RLC16 ^MK2 comes with sixteen epoxy‑sealed SPDT change‑over relays that users can tailor for different site requirements. Each contact handles up to 10A resistive load at 250V AC, with a guaranteed response time under 20 ms from signal change to contact switching. 

Built to stand tough plant conditions, RLC16^MK2 runs reliably across ‑20 °C to 65 °C operating temperature and works safely at altitudes up to 2000 meters. The unit carries built‑in relay and power supply monitoring, which feeds module health status back to host hardware. Hot‑swap capability lets technicians replace the unit without full system shutdown, lowering routine maintenance downtime for critical industrial installations.

There are 2 versions of RLC16^Mk2 relay module, one is standard version which suitable for most applications. the other one is SIL safety version, it is suitable for critical applications demanding the highest level of protection
